Mind is the forerunner of all actions - Buddha
We are a Sangha which practices together to cultivate awareness of unconscious mind patterns which can result in stress, depression, anxiety, and anger. In doing so, we learn to let go of these patterns, and awaken to our true nature - the Unborn Buddha Mind.
